She has held her deep black color, and her fleece is lush and silky. She has a heavier build than
her mother, Balsam, and excellent horns. We knew she was a keeper from the day she was
born, and her resiliency just makes her more of a treasure.

wonderful conformation, and loads of crimpy fleece, plus parasite and heat resistance. While her

This lovely ewe is a crystal white, which may mean that she's one huge spot, or may mean that
she's homozygous white. We'll see what happens when she lambs. She has awesome fleece
genetics in addition to her meat background; she should also be very milky. Belle had a single
lamb by Ra (white ram) in 2011, so of course the lamb was white, so we still don't know if Belle
carries color. Maybe this year!
