Freezer Lamb Prices 2010
If you like succulent, tender meat without the "gamey' taste usually associated
with lamb, Icelandics are the breed for you!
 In keeping with our "Fight the
Recession" policy, we are holding the line on our grass-fed Icelandic freezer
lamb prices for 2010.  We expect to have lambs ready to go by March, and
should still have some for Easter.  Prices include processing.
Whole Lamb:  $250.00 - 35 pounds packaged meat guaranteed   
We will add either extra lamb or your choice of our processed lamb products  
                                    to meet our guarantee
   


Half Lamb - $140.00 -
18 pounds packaged meat guaranteed

Please use this form when ordering whole/half freezer lambs to specify
how you would like your lamb processed.  Boneless Leg 'o Lamb has
an additional $10.00 surcharge - Crown Roast (not listed; write in) has
an additional $20.00 surcharge.  Chops and shoulder steaks can be any
thickness desired; BBQ chefs have really enjoyed the 1/2 inch thick
"quick grilling" option.  Remember to include a $50.00 deposit with all
whole/half freezer lamb orders.
